• Returned items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

• Personalized items are non-refundable unless there is a defect or error on our part.

Refunds

• Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited back to your original method of payment.
